Anedco.in (An Education Company) is a tech-empowered education consultancy and solutions startup headquartered in Bengaluru. Co-founded by Rahul Anand (IIM Ahmedabad) and Sushmita Roy (SCMHRD), Anedco brings over 34 years of combined experience in organization and institution building.

We strengthen the Student–Institution–Career continuum through a blend of technology and human expertise—enabling intelligent, data-informed decisions for individuals and institutions. Our work spans career counseling, college selection, induction & summer programs, corporate training, campus placement systems, and institutional growth solutions, complemented by proprietary education sector insight reports—bridging critical mentoring and guidance gaps in a rapidly evolving careers landscape.

In an era of volatile jobs and accelerating technological change, Anedco equips students and institutions to make sharper decisions. Our motto: Clarity at Every Step.
