Welcome to Añejo Restaurant, home to Canada’s largest selection of tequila. We’re experts in the craft, curating over 200 varieties and perfecting hand-crafted cocktails that celebrate the rich flavours of Jalisco and Central Mexico. Our passion extends beyond the glass to our elevated Mexican cuisine, fresh ingredients and an atmosphere that’s as vibrant as the culture that inspires us.

But what truly sets Añejo apart? Our people.

We call ourselves tequiliers—storytellers, tastemakers and lifelong learners. Whether you’re behind the bar, in the kitchen or leading the floor, we invest in your knowledge, growth and passion for hospitality. From hands-on tequila education to career development opportunities, we’re building a team of individuals who are as bold, lively and authentic as the brand itself.

Añejo Restaurant can be found across Alberta and Ontario.
