David Ratchkov

David Ratchkov is a seasoned technology executive with a diverse background in engineering and leadership. Currently serving as a Founding Member at Chiplet.US and the Chief Executive Officer of Thrace Systems and Anemoi Software, Inc., David also spearheads a stealth startup focused on ambitious goals. Active in community engagement, David is a member of the National Stuttering Association and previously held the position of Sergeant At Arms at Valley Toastmasters Club 3626. David's extensive experience includes a 19-year tenure at Broadcom Limited as a Principal Engineer, where responsibilities included developing internal tools for power estimation and applying expert knowledge in object-oriented analysis, design, and optimization. David holds a Master of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Plovdiv "Paisii Hilendarski."
