Wouter Beerten

Wouter Beerten is an experienced energy professional currently serving as Director of Anesco Netherlands & Belgium since March 2022. Previously, Wouter held the position of Senior Business Development Manager and Team Leader for New Markets Solar at Vattenfall from January 2018 to February 2022. Wouter's career in renewables began at ENGIE Energie Nederland NV as a Business Developer focusing on biogas and solar projects from February 2014 to January 2018. Prior experience includes roles at BreedofBuilds as a Renewable Energy Consultant and at Solarclarity BV as a System Engineer, where Wouter was involved in the design and realization of photovoltaic plants. Wouter's educational background includes a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Innovation Sciences with a focus on Energy, both obtained from Eindhoven University of Technology.
