ANEW was founded by Dr. Supatra Tovar, one of the only licensed psychologists who is also a registered dietitian and accredited fitness expert. ANEW offers solutions to achieving the highest levels of Mind-Body-Spirit wellness. We provide a respite from the hustle and bustle of life and a space where our clients can gain insight from unique and enriching content, find solutions to their most difficult problems, and commune with like minds.

Dr. Tovar converted her landmark system, which guided clients on a path to a healthy weight, into a 7-step online video course called Deprogram Diet Culture. This flagship program is designed to help us end the cycles of dieting and weight gain by reformulating our relationship to food and establishing a stronger mind-body connection. To accompany the course, she released the Mindfulness Cookbook for Busy People, the first in a line of helpful tools under the ANEW Insight series.
