ANEW was founded by Dr. Supatra Tovar, one of the only licensed psychologists who is also a registered dietitian and accredited fitness expert. ANEW offers solutions to achieving the highest levels of Mind-Body-Spirit wellness. We provide a respite from the hustle and bustle of life and a space where our clients can gain insight from unique and enriching content, find solutions to their most difficult problems, and commune with like minds.
Using research-proven techniques, Dr. Tovar has helped numerous clients by teaching practical techniques that work for both our bodies and minds.

“For over 20 years, I have worked with many clients on their relationships with their bodies, their families, and their work. As I listened to their previous experiences, it became clear that many of the treatments and therapies deal only with the symptoms and behaviors and do not get to the underlying issues that manifest as eating disorders, anxiety, and depression. Consequently, if you want help, you might have to visit a psychologist for therapy, a doctor or dietitian for nutrition advice, and a personal trainer for fitness guidance—receiving differing levels of care, treatment, and information along the way. With the help of my clients, I created ANEW’s unique system of techniques integrating my knowledge and experiences in psychology, nutrition, and fitness to help you achieve the optimum physical and mental health you want, the relationships you desire, and the life you deserve.” – Dr. Supatra Tovar

Dr. Tovar converted her landmark system, which guided clients on a path to a healthy weight, into a 7-step online video course called Deprogram Diet Culture. This flagship program is designed to help us end the cycles of dieting and weight gain by reformulating our relationship to food and establishing a stronger mind-body connection. To accompany the course, she released the Mindfulness Cookbook for Busy People, the first in a line of helpful tools under the ANEW Insight series.
