Liam Fraser

Liam Fraser is currently the Director of Forest Carbon Origination at Anew, where they leverage their extensive background in forestry and environmental management. Previously, Liam served as Forest Operations Manager at Port Hawkesbury Paper LP, overseeing forestry and road building operations on the Cape Breton highland plateau. They also hold a role as a Co-Owner of Live Life InTents, an ecotourism business based in Margaree Forks, Cape Breton. Liam’s military experience as an Infantry Sergeant in the Canadian Armed Forces further complements their leadership skills. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Education in Social Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in History from St. Francis Xavier University, as well as a Forestry Technician diploma from Algonquin College.
