Michael Perdue

Michael Perdue is the Executive Chairman of Verinext and Pythian and an Executive Partner at Mill Point Capital, a $2.8 billion private equity firm. With over 25 years of experience in business management, operations, and consulting, Michael has a proven track record in enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across various sectors. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the Council of Better Business Bureaus and were the Chief Executive Officer of The Signature Group. Michael holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed advanced programs at MIT Sloan School and Harvard Law School, where they were certified as an instructor in negotiation. Additionally, they served as a Petty Officer First Class in the U.S. Navy, where they implemented new technologies for submarine communications.
