Wendy Welsh is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the mortgage and financial services industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Angeion Group since February 2023, Wendy has played a key role in standardizing processes and developing training documentation during a period of rapid growth. Previously, as Senior Director of Operations at Freedom Mortgage from September 2017 to August 2022, Wendy provided subject matter expertise for product launches and led major digital transformation initiatives. Wendy has also held positions such as Director of Operations at Freedom Mortgage, Processing Manager at AnnieMac Home Mortgage, and has progressively advanced through various roles at Freedom Mortgage from 2006 to 2015. Wendy holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Camden County College.
