Tom Guy

Tom Guy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in finance and corporate law. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Advisor at Angel Trains Limited since 2019, Tom has previously held significant roles including Principal Associate at Eversheds Sutherland, where involvement in real estate finance and corporate lending was prominent. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior Solicitor at Macfarlanes LLP, focusing on leveraged and fund finance, alongside a secondment at intu providing legal counsel on debt financings. Tom began a legal career at CMS Cameron McKenna, progressing from Trainee Solicitor to Solicitor while also gaining experience via a secondment at Lombard. Tom holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from King's College London and completed a Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
