Shell Barga

Shell Barga holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from Bluffton University, alongside an Associate’s degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Edison State Community College. Barga has extensive experience in the manufacturing and supply chain sectors, currently serving as Manufacturing and Quality Manager at Angelcare since July 1996. Previous roles at Angel Care Baby included Supply Manager and Supply Planning Team Lead. Additionally, Barga worked at Edgewell Personal Care in various planning roles and spent seventeen years at Energizer, starting as a packaging operator and advancing to Lead Operator. Barga briefly served as an Ambassador at Zilis LLC, focused on initiatives aimed at improving lives.
