Alan Lim

Alan Lim is a Chief Supply Chain Officer and Head of Asia at Thrasio, as well as the Executive Chairman of E-Services Group (ESG), which they founded after moving back to Asia in 2009. Lim's entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 22 when they founded their first company in the United Kingdom while completing their degree. Over the years, this venture grew into a major player in e-commerce, reaching an annual turnover exceeding $300 million by 2015. Lim is also an active member of the YPO leadership community since 2008 and serves as a Board Member at Kerry Logistics' joint venture, KerryESG. Recognized as an e-commerce expert, they recently received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award at the SCMP Enterprising Hong Kong Awards.
