David Busker

David Busker is an experienced professional in commercial real estate and finance, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Real Estate Debt at Angelo Gordon since July 2023. Prior to this, David held a significant role at Tilden Park Capital Management from August 2016 to June 2023, where the focus was on commercial real estate and real estate securities. David has also served on the boards of Petros PACE Finance and NETSTREIT Corp. Additionally, David was a Senior Vice President at Sorin Capital Management from June 2007 to July 2016 and began a career in investment sales as an Associate at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. David holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
