Eitan Pollack

Eitan Pollack has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Eitan started their career in 2011 serving in the Israel Navy, where they gained technical knowledge in operating engines, pumps, and various technological equipment. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as the Chief of Security at Yeshivat Har Etzion, responsible for overseeing the safety of over 300 students and leading the emergency squad.

In 2014, Eitan worked as a Carpenter Assistant at Chen Vachesed Carpenter before transitioning to a role as a Teacher's Aide at Makor Chaim high school from 2016 to 2018.

Their engineering career began in 2018 when they joined EarWays Medical Ltd., a small start-up, where they handled a wide range of responsibilities including R&D tasks, running experiments, mechanical design, production tasks, and improving the manufacturing process.

Eitan furthered their engineering career at Mavrik Dental Systems from 2019 to 2021, where they played a significant role in the engineering and R&D team. Their responsibilities included designing a multidisciplinary machine and performing failure analysis, design improvements, and the design of new parts.

Eitan then moved on to Alpha Tau Medical in 2021 as an R&D Mechanical Engineer before joining AngioDynamics in 2022 for the same role.
