Michael Decarlo

Michael DeCarlo has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Michael started their career in 1997 as a Team Leader in the Florida Army National Guard, serving until 2004. In 2002, they became a Sales Manager at Leahcim Corp, where they worked until 2007. Following this, they joined National Agents Alliance - The Alliance as a Sales Representative until 2008. From 2008 to 2019, they worked at AngioDynamics (formerly Navilyst medical/Boston Scientific) in various roles, including Regional Business Manager. In 2019, they returned to AngioDynamics as the National Sales Director for PAD and later earned the position of Vice President, US Sales in June 2021.

Michael DeCarlo received their Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the University of Central Florida in 2001. During their time at the university, they focused their studies on marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
