Randy Kramer

Randy Kramer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as an Employment Specialist at The Rose House for a short period. From 2005 to 2007, they served as a Job Developer at Employment Horizons. In 2008, they became the Human Resources Manager at ReQuest, Inc., where they stayed until 2011. Randy then joined AngioDynamics, starting as a Human Resources Representative in 2011 and progressing through roles such as Benefits Administrator, Sr. Benefits Administrator, and Compensation and Benefits Supervisor. Currently, as the Total Rewards Manager at AngioDynamics, Randy oversees global compensation and benefits programs, utilizing data and best practices to support the business and provide optimal rewards for employees.
