José Afonso

José Afonso has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2022, they worked as a Formador for IEFP. Prior to that, they were employed as a Photographer at Airbnb from 2019 onwards. José also worked as a Photographer at Shoot My Travel starting in 2015. José has extensive experience as a Freelance Photographer, starting from 2002, where they worked as a Professional Photographer and Head Photographer. José Afonso has also served in the Força Aérea Portuguesa (Portuguese Air Force) in various roles, including Chefe do Departamento de Publicidade e Marketing from April to September 2019, Capitão from 1993 to 2019, Chefe de Secção - Centro de Audiovisuais da Força Aérea from June 2011 to February 2015, Chefe do Gabinete de Comando da BA6 from April 2007 to September 2009, and Professor - Comunicação e Criptografia from November 2001 to September 2002.

José Afonso's education history begins with their enrollment at the Instituto Português de Fotografia, where they studied photography. After this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Military and Aeronautical Technologies at the Academia da Força Aérea Portuguesa from 2005 to 2006.

Additionally, José completed a training program to become an Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Prevention Operator at the Escola de Serviço de Saúde Militar.

Most recently, José pursued a Pos-graduação Lato Sensu degree in Military and Aeronautical Sciences at the Instituto Universitário Militar - IUM from 2016 to 2017.
