Lance Keys has over two decades of experience in safety, health, and environmental management, currently serving as the Safety Health Environment and Community Manager for Group Discovery & Geosciences at Anglo American since March 2013. Prior to this role, Lance held the position of Principal Safety Health & Security at Barrick Gold Corporation from July 2001 to July 2013, where responsibilities included regional OHS&E management for the Australia Pacific Exploration division. Lance holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from Curtin University.
