Raphael Silva, PMP®, is a Senior Engineer with nine years of experience in project and financial management within the mining and automotive sectors. They have worked extensively in mining, beginning in engineering and advancing to financial and project management roles. Raphael has been responsible for various strategic projects and budget control, most notably during post-merger activities at CMOC Brasil. Currently, they coordinate integrated planning and risk management at Anglo American for iron and nickel operations, ensuring continuity and managing multidisciplinary teams.
