Basab Mukherjee is an experienced Chief Engineer in the Merchant Navy, having held positions since 2007. From 2007 to 2015, Basab worked at Executive Ship Management Pte Ltd, where they supervised shipboard machinery, implemented policies, and served as Safety Officer. Following a brief tenure at The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. in 2015, Basab continued their career at Selandia Ship Management until 2017, before joining Anglo Eastern Ship Management in 2018, where they are involved in the management of advanced marine technology. Basab earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jalpaiguri Engineering College between 1992 and 1996, and previously studied at Ananda Chandra College.
