Capt. Himanshu Gupta

Capt. Himanshu Gupta has served in the maritime industry for over 27 years, beginning as a cadet with Anglo-Eastern Ship Management in 1997 and eventually rising to the position of Master in 2010. With extensive experience sailing on container ships, they have engaged in shipyard operations and daily activities related to shipbuilding at Hanjin Shipyard. In addition, Capt. Gupta briefly worked as a Surveyor for Canopus Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2019, where they conducted surveys for empty containers for U.S. clients. They hold a degree in Nautical Science from the Indian Maritime University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences from Kanpur University.
