Angus Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord, that was founded in 1970.  We are a charitable non-for-profit organisation, governed by a voluntary Board of 15 members. Angus Housing Association provides affordable rented homes to individuals and families in need across the Dundee and Angus area. We currently manage over 2,000 homes and also provide factoring services for over 700 owner occupiers.

We are much more than just a landlord providing properties to tenant. We are an organisation that cares. Our tenants and the communities that we serve are at the heart of everything that we do.  We aim to make a positive difference to our tenants life's by creating vibrant, sustainable and inclusive communities.
