Jaime C. has extensive experience in operations and team management within the veterinary and education sectors. Currently serving as the Regional P&O Partner for AniCura España, Jaime focuses on building high-performance teams and talent management. Previously, as the Regional Operations Manager at Clínicas MiVet, Jaime managed 20 veterinary hospitals and clinics, overseeing P&L, team oversight, and integration of new centers. With a background in sports management and education, Jaime also held positions at Decathlon España, Colegio Obispo Perelló, and several other educational institutions, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills throughout a diverse career. Jaime holds an MBA from VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia and degrees in Physical Education and teaching from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Universidad Camilo José Cela.
