Shaik Karishma

Shaik Karishma has several years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Shaik started their career as an Associate Consultant at RGF Professional Recruitment in November 2018, where they focused on end-to-end recruitment for the IT sector. In June 2019, they joined Hippo Video as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were the first member of the HR team and took on the responsibility of scaling the organization from 35 to 137 employees. Shaik also worked closely with the CEO and handled hiring for both tech and non-tech roles across various functions. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Animaker Inc., a fast-growing SaaS product company specializing in content and video making. In this role, they are responsible for hiring talent for product, tech, and sales roles at different levels within the organization.

Shaik Karishma pursued their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from SRM University from 2014 to 2018.
