ABC offers certification programs for animal lovers who wish to become professional dog trainers, cat trainers, pet groomers, veterinary assistants, aquatics maintenance experts, and zookeeper assistants. The school also offers a service dog trainer program for already practicing dog trainers. ABC has students in all 50 states and every Canadian province, making it North America's largest pet industry vocational school. The institution's alumni group has over 35,000 members, including the largest group of professional dog trainers in the United States. Many ABC programs can assist animal lovers looking to enter or transition into a new career. Some ABC programs are outstanding for working professionals looking to create part-time employment opportunities, and some ABC programs are excellent for pet hobbyists looking to take their hobby to the next level.
