Simon Doherty

Simon Doherty serves as the Head of Capital Markets at Animoca Brands since January 2022, where responsibilities include leveraging gamification, blockchain, and artificial intelligence technologies to enhance a diverse range of mobile products. Prior to this role, Simon held positions in corporate finance at Taylor Collison Limited from May 2014 to December 2021, focusing on equity capital markets and corporate advisory services. Additional experience includes a corporate finance role at BBY Ltd from April 2011 to March 2014, and a Senior Associate position in Corporate Advisory at PwC from March 2008 to March 2011. Simon Doherty holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Corporate Finance with a minor in Business Law from The University of Western Australia and a Graduate Certificate in Mineral Economics from Curtin Graduate School of Business, alongside being a Chartered Accountant certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
