Eric Chew

Eric Chew has a strong background in the feed milling industry, with extensive experience in various roles and companies. Eric started their career at Cargill in 1998 as a Location & Plant Manager. Eric then moved on to PT Malindo Feedmill, Tbk in 2007, where they served as an Operations Manager, overseeing the entire Jawa Timur business. During their time at PT Malindo Feedmill, Tbk, they also implemented ISO 22000 for the branch. In 2009, they joined Malayan Flour Mills Berhad as the Head of Production & Quality, responsible for strengthening both mills' production and quality standards. In this role, they oversaw the entire North Peninsular Malaysia business and branch operations. Most recently, Eric Chew worked at Anitox, where they held various positions including Feed Milling Technologist, Commercial Manager- Asia Pacific, and currently serves as the Commercial Director for the Asia Pacific region. In these roles, they were responsible for sales and technical support, market expansion, and providing solutions to customers.

Eric Chew holds several degrees in engineering and business. Eric began their education at Polytechnic Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah (POLIMAS), where they pursued a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from 1991 to 1993. Subsequently, they attended Coventry University from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. Later, Eric pursued further studies at the University of Portsmouth from 2003 to 2005, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in MBA.
