Muhammad Iqbal has a diverse work experience. Muhammad started their career in 2011 as an Apprentice Instrument Engineer at PT. Fast Track Indonesia, where they reviewed engineering designs for metering regulating systems and sized control valves and orifice flow meters. In 2013, they continued working at PT. Fast Track Indonesia as an Engineer and Procurement Professional for PT. Java Energy Semesta. In this role, they reviewed the engineering design for a CNG Mother Station in Gresik, East Java. In the same year, Muhammad joined Tokyo Gas Engineering-Prosys Bangun Persada Consortium as an Instrumentation, SCADA, and Telecom Engineer. Muhammad worked on projects involving SCADA and communication systems for PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN), developing instrument designs and reviewing specifications and drawings. Muhammad also inspected instrument materials and monitored installation, testing, and commissioning of SCADA systems. Muhammad then worked at PT. Rekayasa Industri as an Instrument Engineer, reviewing contractor instrument specifications and conducting electrical and instrument inspections. After that, they joined Adisseo Asia Pacific Pte Ltd as a Technical Engineer, contributing to technical projects for two years. Currently, Muhammad is working at Anitox as an Account Service Engineer for Asia Pacific.

Muhammad Iqbal pursued their higher education from 2008 to 2012 at Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya. During this period, they successfully completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics, earning the degree of Sarjana Teknik. Iqbal's primary field of study at the institute was Engineering Physics.
