Séverin Baclet has a diverse work experience in the field of art and game design. Séverin started their career as a 3D Artist Freelance at Synthétique in 2003. In 2004, they worked as a flash animator at Planet Nemo Animation. From 2005 to 2010, they were a 2D artist and level designer for Dofus at Ankama. During this time, they also worked as a game designer and art director for various projects such as Wakfu MMO and Krosmaster 3D. In 2011, they served as a scenarist for one episode of Wakfu animated TV series. In 2013, they became the art director for Wakfu MMO. Séverin then joined Ankama as a concept artist and level designer for WAVEN, also known as Dofus Cube, and later worked on the Krosmaga project as a concept artist and environment artist. In 2020, they briefly worked as a senior concept artist at Riot Games. In 2021, they had a short tenure as a concept artist at Square Enix Montreal. In 2022, they became the director of Ludogram.
Séverin Baclet attended St luc Belgique from 1993 to 2000, where they obtained a CESS degree with a mention in Illustration and graphisme. Following this, from 2000 to 2002, Séverin enrolled in Sup'infograph Paris, where they pursued a Master 1 degree specializing in 3Dmax, with a focus on modeling, animation, and matte painting.
