Ankkor works exclusively with founder-led tech and AI scale-ups headquartered in Europe and building or expanding international businesses.

In the early stages of a company, founders drive momentum. Teams move fast, decisions are intuitive, and growth is powered by product innovation and ambition.

As companies scale, the equation changes. Revenue must become predictable. Operations must support international expansion. Investors expect structure, discipline and leadership capable of carrying greater responsibility. At that moment, leadership stops being a hiring task and becomes a strategic decision.

Ankkor operates as a hybrid firm at the intersection of leadership advisory and exclusive search. We combine strategic leadership guidance with the ability to secure the leaders required to execute the next stage of growth.

This hybrid approach allows us to support founders in defining the leadership structures their companies need, while also identifying and securing the leaders capable of translating innovation into disciplined execution and sustainable growth.

We typically partner with companies during key inflection points such as scaling after product-market fit, preparing for or navigating Series A–C funding, expanding internationally, or strengthening leadership ahead of the next stage of growth.

Our work spans leadership environments that determine whether scale-ups accelerate or stall, including company leadership, operational execution, go-to-market and revenue leadership, financial and capital readiness, organisational development, and specialised technical leadership required in complex technology environments.

Our mandate is simple: help founders build leadership teams capable of turning innovation into scalable, long-term growth.
