Michael Yu

Michael Yu, CPA, currently serves as a Director at Ankura since February 2024. Prior experience includes several roles at PwC from September 2017 to December 2023, including Senior Assurance Associate and Assurance Associate in Private Company Services. Michael also contributed as a Volunteer Tax Preparer for the Notre Dame – Saint Mary’s Tax Assistance Program, where federal and Indiana state tax returns were prepared for low-income and disabled taxpayers. Earlier experiences include working as an Assurance Intern at PwC and holding multiple editorial roles at The Observer at Notre Dame and Saint Mary's. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a Minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame, complemented by attendance at the Medill-Northwestern Journalism Institute in 2012.
