Steve Moore

Steve Moore is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in interim management, crisis management, restructuring, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Nice-Pak Products, Inc. since September 2022, Steve is also a member of Tortola Advisors, LLC and Capstan Fund, both since November 2011, focusing on providing strategic guidance in distressed situations. Previously, Steve held leadership roles at BMS | Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Inc. as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and served as Chief Restructuring Officer at The Legacy Companies and Movie Gallery/Hollywood Video. Steve's earlier career includes significant positions at Friedman's, Inc. and Service Merchandise Company, Inc. Steve holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Lipscomb University.
