Ayaka Okawa

Ayaka Okawa is a seasoned professional in education evaluation, research, and admissions, currently serving as a Research Associate at AnLar since January 2021, focusing on K-12 and higher education policy recommendations. Prior experience includes a role as a UX Research Fellow at TeachFX, where collaboration with engineers and designers aimed at enhancing educational tools, and as Associate Director of Admission and Financial Aid at Crystal Springs Uplands School, where efforts centered on increasing access for underrepresented communities. Ayaka has also been involved in research at Stanford University, focusing on the impacts of discrimination in educational access, and held various roles in admission and multicultural recruitment across several prestigious educational institutions.
