Anmasa: Eat Better

Anmasa is a D2C omnichannel grocery startup on a mission to make pure, freshly milled staples the everyday choice for every household. We are not building a commodity. We are building a daily ritual people can trust.

Founded in 2024 by Yatish Talvadia (Founder & CEO of Milkbasket, acquired by Reliance Retail) and Shailendra Upadhyay (Founder of Veggie India, acquired by Milkbasket in 2019), Anmasa has raised $1.1 million in pre-seed funding from Snow Leopard Technology Ventures, Veltis Capital, Blume Ventures, Indigram Labs, and a group of angel investors.

At Anmasa, our goal is to restore transparency and trust in food through experiential stores featuring live milling. Our mills are custom designed for natural, slow stone grinding at 50 rotations per minute (RPM). The process is slow enough to retain maximum micronutrients and flavour in the flour.

We believe people should never have to compromise freshness for convenience. That is why we began offline with our first experience store in Gurgaon, where customers can see, taste, and believe what true freshness means.

Our flours, including MP premium, khapli, sharbati, and multigrain, are milled only after customers place an order. They can get them delivered within 90 minutes or visit one of our experience stores to watch them being milled live.

Today, Anmasa serves households across Gurgaon, Noida, and Ghaziabad. With 10 stores already operating across NCR, we are expanding quickly to bring freshness closer to more families. Along with atta, we now offer freshly ground spices, wood-pressed oils, and dry fruits, all minimally processed to preserve nutrients.
