Simon Perry is an accomplished non-executive director, board committee chair, and advisor with extensive experience in audit and risk management. Currently, Simon serves as the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee for Richmond Holdings (Jersey) Ltd, the University of Plymouth, and Bibby Financial Services Ltd, as well as an independent non-executive director for Pungo Ltd (t/a Joy) and Anmut. Simon retired from EY in 2017 after a distinguished career, including roles as Global Head of Private Equity and Managing Partner of Transaction Advisory Services in the UK. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Coventry University and is committed to advising businesses on growth strategies and improved profitability.
