Scott O'Connor

Scott O'Connor is an experienced educator and coach currently serving as a High School Science Teacher at Anna ISD since August 2015, specializing in Environmental Systems and Forensic Science, with prior experience in Chemistry and Integrated Physics and Chemistry. O'Connor's teaching career includes a position at Albuquerque Public Schools from December 2013 to August 2015, where science subjects such as Geology/Astronomy and Physics were taught, alongside coaching Track & Field and Volleyball. Additional roles include a Sports Marketing Intern at the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau and serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of New Mexico. O'Connor's background also features earlier teaching experience at Albuquerque Public Schools and various leadership roles with the Boy Scouts of America and Philmont Scout Ranch. O'Connor holds a Master of Science in Sports Administration from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science in Parks, Recreation and Tourism from the University of Maine.
