Aaron Morris

Aaron Morris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2021 to the present, they worked as a Data Operations and Performance Reporting Director at Annalect, where they led EMEA-based teams on BI tools and proprietary applications. Aaron was responsible for data governance, visualization design, and media performance reporting.

Prior to that, Aaron held positions at PHD starting in 2016. As an Associate Director of Data & Measurement, they developed dashboards and collaborated with clients to provide insights on media investment and performance. Aaron also managed a team and contributed to the growth of the measurement community. Before that, they worked as a Senior Data Analyst at PHD, focusing on accounts in the Automotive and Pharmaceuticals industries.

Aaron's earlier experience includes roles at Willis Towers Watson as a PMO analyst and a Data Analyst in HRIS. In these positions, they gained experience in project management and data manipulation.

Before entering the corporate world, Aaron worked as an ICT Teacher at St Gregory's Catholic School, where they led a project team to upgrade the learning portal.

Aaron began their career as an MI Analyst at Friends Provident, analyzing large datasets and creating visualizations and reports for sales teams. Aaron also worked as an HR Systems Administrator at G4S Security Services, where they were responsible for HR reporting and system administration.

Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated expertise in data analysis, visualization, project management, and team leadership.

Aaron Morris began their education at the University of Roehampton, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) hons degree in Classical Civilisations with Computing from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they attended St Mary's University, Twickenham from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a PGCE in Secondary Education.

In terms of additional certifications, Aaron has acquired various credentials over the years. Some notable certifications include Alteryx Designer Core from Alteryx in July 2023, OMG Accelerate from Omnicom Media Group in July 2023, and Datorama Admin | Platform Intermediate Level from Salesforce in November 2022. Aaron has also obtained certifications from Google, Tableau Software, IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising), Association for Project Management, National College for Teaching & Leadership, and The Football Association.
