Atieh Kermany

Atieh Kermany started their work experience as an intern at Trisystems Eng. Sdn. Bhd in December 2006. Atieh then became a postdoctoral fellow at The University of Queensland from February 2017 to January 2018. Atieh joined Accenture in June 2018 as a SAP Analyst/Project Manager and later transitioned to a Data Scientist role at Accenture Liquid Studio from May 2019 to April 2021. Atieh then joined Annalect as a Data Scientist in April 2021 and progressed to the position of Senior Data Scientist in February 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Tech Lead at Annalect, starting from April 2023.

Atieh Kermany earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in MEMS Design and Materials Science with a focus on Microfabrication from Griffith University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Nanotechnology and Materials Science from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, attending from 2009 to 2011. Atieh also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Microelectronics) from the same institution, which they completed from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Atieh Kermany has obtained several certifications. Atieh is certified in Omni Foundations by Annalect, completed in August 2022. Atieh also holds the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org, which they obtained in April 2022. Atieh Kermany holds the Facebook Certified Marketing Science Professional certification from Meta, achieved in November 2021. Furthermore, they have obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020.
