Bill has achieved Career Fit Achievements in Customer Engagement Specialist and Data Analyst from MyInnerGenius in 2021, as well as becoming a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance in the same year. Additionally, they obtained a Secret Security Clearance from the United States Department of Defense in 2018.
