Dorely M. has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Dorely began their career as a Data & Analytics Executive at Starcom, where they worked until 2015. Dorely then joined Maxus Global as a Technology Effectiveness & Data Sr Analyst, specializing in data-driven multi-touch attribution models and ETL for relational databases. In 2018, they moved to UM Worldwide as an Analytics Lead, where they conducted research to diagnose business growth opportunities for clients and implemented Bayessian Approach into MMM models. From 2019 to 2021, Dorely worked at Wavemaker as an Analytics & Insights Manager, leading the A&I team and collaborating with Client Service Directors to provide data-driven solutions. In 2022, they worked as a Data Scientist at Tecnológico de Monterrey, focusing on consultancy and implementing data science products for a leading company. Currently, Dorely serves as the Global Measurement Standardization Lead at Annalect.

Dorely M. is an individual with a strong academic background and a commitment to continuous learning. Dorely obtained their Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, attending from 2009 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, Dorely pursued further education at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. In 2017 to 2018, they completed a Diplomado en Estadística Aplicada, focusing on Estadística y probabilidad. Then, from 2019 to 2022, Dorely pursued and successfully obtained a Master of Science degree in Data Science.
