Initially pursuing a medical career, Erika discovered a passion for data during college, earning a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The City College of New York and later a Data Analytics credential from COOP. Currently, Erika works as a Senior Data Analyst in a marketing intelligence department, while also serving as a Senior Data Analytics Instructor at COOP, helping others enter the field. With experience as a Marketing Intelligence Analyst and in various management roles, Erika enjoys a fulfilling professional journey dedicated to data-driven insights and education.
