Trudi Miller

Trudi Miller has extensive work experience spanning several industries. Trudi currently holds the position of Senior Director, Learning & Development at Annalect, a role they have held since April 2022. Previously at Annalect, Trudi served as Director, Learning & Development from November 2018 to April 2022, and as Senior Manager, Learning & Development from August 2016 to November 2018.

Prior to joining Annalect, Trudi worked at Oracle as a Senior Trainer and Senior Curriculum Developer from November 2015 to August 2016. Before their time at Oracle, they were a Technical Trainer at Maxymiser (later acquired by Oracle) from August 2013 to November 2015.

Trudi's career began in academia, where they served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they held the role of Graduate Research Assistant at Claremont Graduate University from 2005 to 2008. Trudi also gained experience as a Senior Programmer at Advantage Systems, Inc. from 2004 to 2005. Trudi started their career in education as an Associate Professor at American InterContinental University from 1999 to 2004.

Trudi Miller holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Management of Information Systems and Technology from Claremont Graduate University. Trudi also obtained a Masters degree in Information Technology Education from Dalhousie University. In addition, Trudi completed their undergraduate education at Queen's University, earning both Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degrees. Furthermore, Trudi has obtained a certification in Omni Foundations from Annalect in March 2022.
