Annandale Care Center, a 60-bed skilled nursing facility, opened its’ doors in 1982. In 1984 the Care Center added an ancillary service wing to provide space for physical, occupational and speech therapy inpatient and outpatient services and also added a garage. In 1991 the garage was converted to a chapel and two detached garages were built. In 2004 Annandale Care Center went through an extensive remodeling including changing double occupancy rooms to single rooms and adding private rooms. Today we have 16 single rooms 6 private rooms and 19 double occupancy rooms.
