Kyle Coats

Kyle Coats is a Program Manager at Annapolis Micro Systems, Inc. since June 2023, overseeing internal and external programs, managing new product development, and supporting customer interactions. Previously, Kyle served as an Inside Sales Engineer at Thermal Devices, focusing on industrial manufacturing clients, and as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Brunswick High School. At Raytheon Missiles & Defense from June 2018 to July 2022, Kyle held various engineering roles, providing test and manufacturing support for critical programs, and participating in the Operations Talent Development Program. Early experiences include a tour guide position at Elizabethtown College and internships in construction project management. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with concentrations in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Elizabethtown College, as well as an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
