Tracy Tan is a former lawyer turned human capital specialist with experience in the headhunting industry and at LinkedIn. At present, Tracy serves as the Global Talent Manager at Annata, where they lead strategic initiatives in talent management, people and culture transformation, and corporate communication across APAC, Europe, and North America. Previously, Tracy worked in various roles including a Court Marshal and Legal Associate, earning accolades in recruitment as a Senior Consultant at Robert Walters. Tracy is currently pursuing an MBA at EU Business School while also studying law, holding a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Reading and completing the Bar Professional Training Course at Cardiff University.
