Mike King

Mike King is an experienced professional in project management and web development, currently serving as Director at GIR Project Management since April 1997, where leadership of agile teams has resulted in the delivery of award-winning websites and applications. Simultaneously, Mike holds the position of Senior Project Manager at Annertech since January 2015, also focusing on agile methodologies for project delivery. Prior experience includes managing systems administration teams at Echo NI from October 2006 to March 2010, ensuring timely delivery of water bills across Northern Ireland, and serving as Development Manager at the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority from August 1998 to April 2006, where responsibilities included project management using PRINCE2 and RUP methodologies, team strategy development, and technical oversight of numerous websites and applications.
