Tim Decker

Tim Decker is an experienced professional in social work and policy, currently serving as a Senior Policy Fellow at the Annie E. Casey Foundation and as US Regional Director for Elia since 2019. Decker is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Social Innovation Partners, LLC, established in 2018. Prior roles include Director at Missouri Children's Division, Director at Missouri Division of Youth Services, and Neighborhood Development Coordinator at the Local Investment Commission (LINC). With a history in community development and program administration, Decker began a career in social services in 1984 after earning a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Psychology from Park University.
