Jon F.

Jon F. has worked in a variety of roles in the Information Technology field since 2010. In 2010, Jon F. worked as an English Teacher at Language Schools, where they were qualified in Trinity TESOL and taught Business English and prepared students for exams. From 2012 to 2018, Jon F. worked at Computacenter as an Information Technology Business Analyst, Incident Manager & Communications Specialist, and Service Desk Analyst. During this time, Jon F. was responsible for project management for IT transitions and IT service management reporting, creating technical instructions and SME for team documentation, managing communication send-outs, and incident management, problem management, change management, and escalations reporting. From 2018 to 2019, Jon F. worked at Freer Sounds as a Website Creation and Editorial, where they were responsible for content creation, marketing campaigns, and podcast, and built the Freer Sounds website. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, Jon F. is working at Kognic as a Data Delivery Coordinator.

Jon F. started their educational journey in 2001 when they enrolled at The University of Sheffield and completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2004. In 2006, they continued their studies at The University of Manchester and obtained an MSc in History and Philosophy of Science and Technology in 2007.
