Steve Benton

Steve Benton currently serves as the Vice President of Anomali Threat Research and General Manager of Belfast since August 2022, contributing to the cybersecurity landscape. Additionally, Steve Benton is a member of the Cyber Defenders Council since February 2022. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at BT from 2004 to March 2022, where roles included BT Chief Security Officer, Cyber and Physical Security Operations Director, and Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, among other positions focused on security operations and governance. Steve Benton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Physics, and Electronics from Queen's University Belfast, earned between 1985 and 1990.
