WE'RE TAKING INVESTMENT BANKING SOMEWHERE DIFFERENT.
As a middle market company, you have a choice. You could choose to go the traditional route and likely find yourself lost in the layers of a big investment bank. Or you could veer off in a completely new direction. At Anomalie, you’ll find the agility & personal attention of a boutique firm and the resources and connections of a larger one.

LIKE OUR NAME IMPLIES, WE’RE NOT YOUR TYPICAL INVESTMENT BANKING FIRM.
We’re a diverse group of atypical individuals who don’t think or act like investment bankers. But we all have a proven record and deep understanding of the industry. Of course, we offer the usual services - M&A advisory, capital markets, & strategic consulting. But unlike more traditional bankers, we’ve all detoured into your lane.

WE’VE BEEN OWNERS AND OPERATORS IN OUR OWN BUSINESSES.
We know how it feels to stress over making payroll and the rush of making an entrepreneurial dream come true. Our first-hand experience translates into pragmatic guidance and unconventional problem-solving for your business.

YOU’LL FIND US AT THE INTERSECTION OF FINANCE AND CREATIVITY.
We bring decades of experience in diverse sectors: CPG/Food & Beverage, Industrials, Technology, Healthcare, & Business Services. No matter the industry, we bring a unique perspective that allows us to uncover hidden opportunities and navigate complex challenges others may overlook.

WE’RE INVESTED IN YOU.
Sure, we love the thrill of the deal. But it’s about so much more. Helping you achieve your life and financial goals adds meaning to our lives. So we take your business personally.

We customize a team specifically for your needs (it’s always the “A” team, there is no “B” team). And that team sticks with you through the bumps in the deal-making road.

What’s more, if we come across a firm with specialized expertise or resources that could help you, we’ll gladly partner with them on your behalf. Because it’s about your needs, not our egos.
