Matthew Fleck

Matthew Fleck's work experience begins in 1994 when they started their own consulting company called Fleck Consulting Services. Matthew worked as an Independent Consultant there until 1995. From 1995 to 2004, Fleck joined Video Communications, Inc. where they held the positions of Manager of Technical Development and Product Development Manager.

In 2006, Fleck became the General Manager at WideOrbit, Inc. and stayed there until 2012. Following that, they worked at Marketron as the VP of Product Management from 2012 to 2013.

In 2014, Fleck founded AudienceHound and served as the Founder & CEO until 2015. Matthew then worked as a Consultant at Fleck Consulting from 2013 to 2015.

In 2016, Fleck joined IBM as the Global Solution Leader and stayed there until 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as an Independent Consultant at their own company, Matt Fleck Consulting.

Finally, in 2020, Fleck founded Anonomatic and is currently serving as the CEO and Founder. Anonomatic specializes in data sciences, AI, and ML in a heavily regulated world, offering a product called PII Vault™ which protects and secures Personally Identifiable Information and other private identifiers for data sciences and analytics.
